Yes we do international shipping

Before all about firstly we have to help you how to make easier your shopping here

As an online shopping store, we are very conscious about what we sell. We make sure that only quality Tanzanian and international goods are listed. We go all out to see to it that your order is delivered timely. But that is not really typical of how long we take to deliver, we have also delivered orders in just a day. With us, you can now get everything at affordable local prices. You can now shop internationally, while we deliver locally.

We commit to deliver timely. For local / Tunduma/Nakonde border deliveries we deliver within 12 – 24hrs of purchase.

For international deliveries, we deliver though courier service. All shipping is done between 1-3days of purchase. According the city or place you're

You may be required to pay for insurance for some of the items before they are shipped to you. This would be communicated to you separately by Shaghai Traders online shop.

You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders will arrive as specified below. Orders will ship in accordance with the shipping method selected.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered for shipping days. Shaghai Traders online shop reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on http://shaghaitraders.co.tz. We are proud to offer shipping to almost all countries with an internationally recognized courier.

You will be notified via email if there is an issue that will delay your delivery beyond the expected delivery date.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. 

If an order is placed after 12.00pm (EAT), international it will be shipped via starting the Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours.

You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation

If you have a registered account with https://www.shaghaitraders.co.tz it easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number or Order ID number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

If you do not have account of Shaghai online shop at http://shaghaitrader.co.tz account yet, set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by entering your Order ID number and billing zip code under Track Your Order.

We use Mobile payments and visa cards or Bank transfer that make you comfortable and safe for payments

Yes at the order page or sheet there is option to buy on cash or leyby 

Yes but only when our team sent  or delivered a different items for example you bought a blender but  unfortunately you received arice cooker but we are so carefully for any order before delivered
